My counseling style uses evidence-based practices while also leaving space for deeper, more meaningful conversations about life. I often draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and take a solution-focused, goal-oriented approach to help you create lasting change. But I also believe that exploring the bigger questions about identity, purpose, and meaning is vital to growth and self-actualization.
I see therapy as a partnership. I’ll walk alongside you, offering tools, fresh perspectives, and encouragement while helping you discover strengths and resources you may not realize you have. My goal is to empower you to use those strengths to create a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with what matters most to you.

Francesca Mariani works with adults, teens, and couples navigating life transitions, with a particular focus on neurodivergent-affirming care. She supports individuals with ADHD and autism who may be seeking greater self-understanding, structure, and support in a world that is not always designed with neurodivergent needs in mind.
Her approach is relational, affirming, and collaborative. Francesca draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), CBT, and existential perspectives to help clients build practical tools while honoring their unique ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. Her style is direct yet gentle, structured while remaining flexible, and grounded in a holistic understanding of each client’s lived experience.
Francesca believes therapy is most effective when it is respectful, transparent, and human. She strives to create a space where neurodivergent clients feel understood rather than pathologized, and where all clients are supported in exploring change at their own pace. She offers telehealth sessions to clients across Washington State.

Terah offers a rare blend of professional expertise and lived experience that allows clients to feel truly understood from the very first session. With over ten years as a special education teacher specializing in autism, she brings deep insight into neurodiversity, emotional regulation, and the challenges individuals and families navigate every day.
As a survivor of domestic violence and the author of a book on narcissistic abuse, Terah understands trauma not just clinically, but personally, particularly PTSD and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD). As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist through Florida State University, she provides compassionate, trauma-informed care that helps clients feel safe, validated, and empowered to heal.
Terah creates a grounded, non-judgmental space where survivors, neurodivergent individuals, and those carrying the weight of long-term trauma can finally exhale, make sense of their experiences, and begin building a life that feels whole again.
